You can delete your ThaiQROrder account and personal data at any time — directly inside the app, or by sending us a request.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open the ThaiQROrder app and sign in
2. Go to the “More” tab
3. Tap “Delete account”
4. Confirm — your account and data are deleted immediately

Or send us a request

If you cannot access the app, send a request through our contact page including your registered phone number. We will process the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account and phone number
• Your store details, menu, categories, prices, and uploaded images
• Tables and their QR codes
• Your device push-notification token

What is retained

Order records are kept for about 1 year for accounting and dispute-resolution purposes, then deleted. See full details in our Privacy Policy.
