ThaiQROrder is a full point-of-sale system, not only a QR menu. One tablet and one thermal printer is all the hardware a restaurant needs — an iPad with a Wi-Fi network printer, or an Android tablet with a network or Bluetooth printer.

How orders are counted: 1 order = 1 checkout. Several orders from the same table each count separately. Cancelled orders are not counted.

What is Thailand QR Order?
Thailand QR Order (ThaiQROrder) is a free QR code ordering system for Thai restaurants, street food vendors, and small businesses. Customers scan a QR code at their table to browse the menu and place orders from their phone — no app install needed.
How much does Thailand QR Order cost?
If no orders come in, it is always free — you never pay a single baht. Every store is free until December 31, 2026. After that, stores with up to 60 orders per month stay permanently free. Only busier stores pay a small flat fee (99-999 THB) based on monthly order volume — every order counts the same, whether it was placed at the table, for pickup or for delivery from your website. Zero commission on every order.
Do customers need to install an app?
No. Customers scan the QR code with their phone camera and the menu opens in the browser. No app, no sign up.
What languages does ThaiQROrder support?
Eight languages: Thai, English, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Spanish, French, and German. Menus are auto-translated for international guests.
How do I get started?
Download the ThaiQROrder app from the App Store or Google Play, sign in with your phone, name your store, upload your menu, and print your per-table QR codes. Setup takes under 5 minutes.
Can each group of guests get their own QR code?
Yes. If your shop has a receipt printer you can turn on a QR code per guest: when a party sits down you print a fresh QR for that table and hand it over. It works only for that party and stops the moment you settle the bill, so the previous customer’s phone cannot order onto the new bill and nobody outside the restaurant can order at all. It is optional — shops that leave it off keep the fixed QR sticker on each table.
Does ThaiQROrder process payments?
No. There is no built-in payment processing yet — no card or e-wallet checkout, and no automatic verification of transfers. What the app does today: you upload your PromptPay QR image in Settings, customers see that image on the order-complete page and transfer directly to your account, and you tap "Paid" in the app once the transfer shows in your banking app. Money never passes through ThaiQROrder, and we charge no commission on it.
